Press releases Krichevtsementnoshifer doubles export in January-September
In January-September 2009 the Krichevtsementnoshifer company produced almost 124,000 tons of cement, up two times over the same period of last year, it was learnt from Deputy Director General for Economy Alexander Mitin. The Russian Federation accounted for over 60% of the export, or over 88,000 tons of cement. The company exported 32,000 tons to the Baltic states and over 3,000 tons to Ukraine. In January-September 209, the company produced 1.110 million tons of cement, up 5.1% from January-September 2008, and 77 million slate tiles. High-quality brands accounted for 74.5% of the total output. Krichevtsementnoshifer made over 196,000 tons of bagged cement packed into 25kg, 50kg and 1,000kg, up 26.2%. Cement accounted for 85.8% of the total output. In January-September this year, the company made industrial products worth br245.1 billion, up 3.4% from the same period of last year in comparable prices. As of 1 October the warehouse stocks made up 11.4%, while the standard is 15%. Krichevtsementnoshifer was founded in 1933. The company has an integrate quality management system meeting the international standards: ISO 9001-2001, ISO 14000 and STB 18001. The company employs nearly 2,000 people.
