Following the consideration of the documents, the commission will submit proposals on the preparation of the President's corresponding draft decisions. “The shares of the Belarusian open joint stock companies and enterprises as asset complexes are sold only upon the relevant decision of the President,” the committee said. “The starting price of shares (stakes) is set taking into account their highest market or book value reported on 1 January of the year of the sale of these shares (stakes). The starting price for enterprises as asset complexes is determined in the amount of their estimated value. The estimated value of shares (stakes) is determined after the corresponding decision is made by the President of Belarus,” the committee added.
