Unified punishments for customs violations in Customs Union
There are plans to unify punishments for customs violations in the Customs Union, Vladimir Goshin, Minister for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission, told media on 12 July.
The Minister said the Commission was discussing the idea of unifying criminal and administrative responsibility measures. It will be done to discourage unprincipled economic operators from choosing customs clearance in the country with the mildest punishments.
