A business plan for the project to create a communication satellite has been prepared in Belarus, Belarusian Information Technologies and Communications Minister Nikolai Pantelei told media.

Now the document is going through the necessary approval procedures. The payback of the project is being analyzed. Technical specialists are analyzing the terms of the project’s implementation taking into account the declared modes of the satellite’s operation at a specific orbital location.

It has been reported earlier that Chinese specialists will be invited to create the communication satellite. The device may be put in orbit in Q1 2014.
