Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a message of congratulations to Almazbek Atambayev on his victory in the Kyrgyz presidential election, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.

“I am convinced that Your activity at this high post will promote the social and economic stability in Kyrgyzstan, enhance the country’s authority in the international arena, assist further development of the Belarusian-Kyrgyz all-round relations and bilateral cooperation for the benefit of the two nations,” the message of congratulations says.
