The Belarusian Justice Ministry pursues a consistent anti-raider policy, Belarusian Justice Minister Viktor Golovanov told media on February 4.

In his words, the Justice Ministry takes into account all factors when it examines bills regulating trade and economic, financial and other business relations and presenting conclusions. “Among other things we also scrutinise bills for possible violations they may bring about,” remarked Viktor Golovanov. “We carefully examine drafts for corporate raid opportunities, pursuing a kind of an anti-raider policy”.
