A business forum for Belarusian and Czech businessmen will take place in Minsk on 2 December, it was learnt from the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).

Belarusian and Czech businessmen are set to take part in a business matchmaking session. It will be opened by Milan Hovorka, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, the Czech Ambassador to Belarus, Executive Director of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Director-General of the Minsk office of the BCCI. Taking part in the business talks will be representatives of 17 Czech companies. Czech businessmen are also interested in cooperation in the insurance industry with Belarus.

According to the Minsk office of the BCCI, the Czech delegation arrived in Minsk on 30 November. It is led by Milan Hovorka. Several members of the delegation have traveled to Vitebsk to meet with the government officials and the companies’ representatives.

The visit of the Czech delegation is scheduled to end on 3 December. It is organized by the Minsk office of the BCCI and the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
