Belarusian MPs are set to discuss the state support of resident companies of the High-Tech Park (HTP) at an on-site session in the High-Tech Park Administration on 10 November, it was learnt from the press service of the House of Representatives on 9 November.

The parliamentarians are set to discuss the issues related to the activities of the HTP and the state support of its resident companies. The MPs will also consider the possibility of application of the Park’s experience at the Belarusian companies that specialize in macro-electronics, nanotechnologies and laser technologies.

Taking part in the session will be members of the permanent commissions for International Affairs and Links with the CIS and for Industry, Fuel and Energy Complex, Transport, Communications and Entrepreneurship of the House of Representatives. They are planning to get familiar with activities of the Park and its resident companies and talk to the leadership of the High-Tech Park Administration.

The session is aimed at studying the problems in foreign economic policy that require the improvement of the legal framework.
