The mutual cooperation of the supreme financial control bodies of Belarus and Vietnam will be discussed during a meeting of Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus Zenon Lomat and General Auditor of Vietnam Vuong Dinh Hue in Minsk on 16 September, it was learnt from the press service of the State Control Committee of Vietnam.

The State Control Committee of Belarus and the State Audit Office of Vietnam signed cooperation agreement in April 2008. According to the signed document, the two sides share experience of the order of the state financial inspection and state audit, provide assistance in training personnel and auditors, holding the joint research, seminars, conferences and working sessions.

The State Control Committee of Belarus has signed the similar cooperation agreements with the supreme financial control bodies of Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, China, Poland, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Korea and Latvia. The State Control Committee of Belarus actively participates in the work of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and the European International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI). It joined theses international organizations in 2002.
