A delegation of Finnish officials and businessmen will visit Belarus on 14-15 September. The delegation is led by Pekka Huhtaniemi, Under-Secretary of State for External Economic Relations of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.

The delegation includes representatives of the Finnish Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Employment and Economy, Bank of Finland and top managers of the Finnish Export Association (Finpro). The delegation includes representatives of over 20 Finnish companies working in the areas of machine building, power engineering, forestry and woodworking, construction, and investment.

The Finnish delegation is to hold talks at the Council of Ministers of Belarus. Apart from that, meetings are scheduled at the ministries of economy, foreign affairs, industry, architecture and construction, natural resources and environmental protection, energy and forestry.

The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) will arrange a contact and cooperation exchange for Belarusian and Finnish businessmen.
