The Svisloch region intends to export stones to Europe, it was learnt from Chairman of the Svisloch Regional Executive Committee Oleg Targonsky.

There are a great number stones on the fields of the Svisloch region. Every year, before sowing campaign farmers take away the stones from their fields but after plowing the stones appear again.

“At present we are studying the demand for the stones in Europe. But even now we may say that this product will be in popular demand there,” Oleg Targonsky noted. According to him, the region intends not only to gather stones and export them but to process them as well.

The Svisloch region has a railway communication with Poland (European rail gauge). In such a way, the problem of supplying the stones to Europe will be settled promptly.
