Czechia shows an interest in implementing investment projects for modernizing the Belarusian mechanical engineering industry, the construction and reconstruction of energy infrastructure facilities, as well as projects in agriculture and pharmaceutical industry. The possibilities were discussed at a meeting of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Czechia Vasily Markovich and Deputy Finance Minister of Czechia Eva Anderova, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.

The matter was discussed during a working visit of the Minsk Oblast delegation led by Minsk Oblast Governor Boris Batura to Kazakhstan’s Karaganda Oblast on 11-13 August, chairman of the economy department of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Dmitry Pavlovich told reporters on 14 August, BelTA has learnt.
