Description Rolled oatmeal Smorgonskaya is made by rolling of oatmeal May contain the traces of wheat. 100 g of product contains (average value) protein-13 g fat – 6 g carbohydrates – 60 g Energy value per 100 g of product- 350 kcal/1460 kj. Cooking method: Porridge. To pour 50 g of oatmeal in 600 g of boiling water and to stew, stirring, until readiness. To add salt, sugar, butter to taste. Bon appetite!
