Instant pearl buckwheat flakes

Description Instant pearl-buckwheat flakes are made from pearl barley, buckwheat, by high-temperature treatment and rolling. Ingredients: instant pearl flakes; instant buckwheat flakes. May contain the traces of wheat. 100 g of product contains: (average value) protein-11 g fat - 2,5 g carbohydrates – 65 g Energy value per 100 g of product- 330 kcal/1380 kj Cooking instructions per serving based (g): flakes – 100 g water – 150 g milk – 150 g butter, salt, sugar to taste. Milk diluted with water, add salt, bring to a boil, pour cereal, mix and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Sugar, add butter to taste. Bon appetite!
