Description Instant oat-buckwheat flakes are made from oatmeal, buckwheat, by high-temperature treatment and rolling. Ingredients: instant oat flakes; instant buckwheat flakes. May contain traces of wheat. 100 g of product contains: (average value) protein-11 g fat - 5 g carbohydrates – 67 g Energy value per 100 g of product- 360 kcal/1490 kj Cooking instructions per serving based (g): flakes – 100 g water – 150 g milk – 150 g butter, salt, sugar to taste. Milk diluted with water, add salt, bring to a boil, pour cereal, mix and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Sugar, add butter to taste. Bon appetite!
