Production profitability of the Molodechnomebel company reached 28% in H1 2009, it was learnt from deputy head of the planning and economic department of the company Miroslava Artyushkevich.

According to her, it is quite a high figure that has been reached due to the exports to Russia, Baltic states, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands.

In January-July 2009 the company produced Br45 billion worth of products, 94.4% from the same period last year. Measures are taken to reduce the company’s overstocking.

According to Miroslava Artyushkevich, the company is expanding its line-up. There are wholesale and retail affiliates in every oblast centre. The company’s affiliate in Minsk will open in late 2009.

Founded in 1954, Molodechnomebel produces wall units, bedside tables, furniture for halls and bedrooms, wardrobes, cushioned furniture – over 500 types and modifications.
