Representatives of Belarus will take part in the CIS School of Young Leaders “Intercultural Dialogue for the Leaders of CIS Youth Organizations.” This forum will take place at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia from 25 July to 3 August, BelTA learned from the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation (IFHC).

The School of Leaders will also welcome representatives of other CIS countries, namely Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Estonia, and Russia.

The project is aimed at promoting the potential of young people and cooperation with state authorities, preserving national identity of young leaders, bolstering intercultural communication as one of the most important conditions of tolerance in the multicultural society.

The school will bring together young people aged 18-24 who have experience as leaders of youth organizations and can serve as a powerful reserve to expand the single economic and customs space.
