Over 170 companies are expected to take part in the Minsk international exhibition of light and textile industry Beltexlegprom.Spring in Minsk on 29-31 March, BelTA learnt from the organizing committee.

The exhibition will feature products of the companies from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and Italy. Moreover, the expo will provide an opportunity to conclude supply contracts for 2011.

According to the Bellegprom Concern, 57 companies of the concern will present their assortment at the exhibition.

The companies will display fabrics of all kinds, knitted garments, clothes, footwear and materials for its manufacture, domestic textile, goods made of fur and leather, yarn, threads, unwoven materials, accessories, raw materials for textile and light industry, equipment, machinery and technologies, package, wrapping and marking, trade equipment.

The business program of the exhibition includes specialized seminars, round-table discussions and presentations.

In 2010, over 170 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus took part in the exhibition. The exhibition was visited by more than seven thousand wholesalers and specialists.

Beltexlegprom is the major light industry exhibition in Belarus. The exhibition is organized by the Bellegprom concern, the Trade Ministry of the Republic of Belarus, Bellegprom Concern, National Exhibition Center BelExpo, Roslegprom.
