Belagro 2010 to present new agricultural technologies
The 20th international exhibition, Belagro 2010, will draw 430 firms and companies from 19 countries, BelTA learnt from the organizing committee of the exhibition.

The exhibition will feature participants from Belarus, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Italy, China, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, the United States, Ukraine, France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Moldova. Representative delegations headed by agriculture ministers from the CIS countries and Europe are expected to attend the exhibition this year.

The exhibition will be held on 8-13 June in Minsk and also at the Gastellovskaya demo site in the Minsk region.

Belagro is the biggest agricultural exhibition in Belarus. The exhibition features the best achievements of the national agricultural industry and also the advanced international technologies in the agriculture machinery building, innovative solutions in the production of eco-friendly materials and waste-free technologies.

The exhibition will feature the equipment, technology and farm machines, new technologies in agro-chemistry including new plant and soil protection agents, seeds, plants, technological equipment to process grain crops. A big section will be dedicated to the technologies and equipment for the cattle breeding and poultry farming.

The program also includes conferences, workshops, press conferences, business meetings, presentations of national and foreign companies.

The exhibition has been organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Industry Ministry, MinskExpo company and the BelExpo national exhibition center of the President’s Property Management Directorat
